Internship application processing fee

The fee covers staff time reviewing and processing your internship application. It does not guarantee admission, employment or a certificate.

If your application is rejected or you withdraw it, the processing fee is refundable within 40 days of the rejection or withdrawal being recorded. Contact us with your application ID and payment reference.

Report accidental duplicate charges so we can reconcile them and arrange a refund. A separate internship application requires a separate payment.

Website development services

Scope, delivery milestones, cancellation and refund conditions are agreed in your project proposal before payment. Contact us if the delivered service does not match the agreed scope.

Complaints

Send your complaint by email or phone with your application or project reference. We will acknowledge it within two business days and communicate the resolution timeline.
