Start with a technical handover
Share the website, hosting setup, source access and a list of known issues. We review the environment before accepting work. Credentials should be shared through an agreed secure method, not placed in a public enquiry form.
Work that can be scoped
- Investigating broken layouts, links or delivered features.
- Approved content and image updates.
- Dependency or integration updates where compatible with the site.
- Release checks and coordination with the hosting or domain account owner.
Know the support boundaries
Our delivered projects include one year of technical fixes for the delivered scope. New features, redesigns, paid-provider charges and support after that year are quoted separately. No 24-hour response time or continuous monitoring is implied unless it is agreed in writing.
Backups and release responsibility
Confirm who owns backups, how restoration is tested and who approves a production release. Changes should be reviewed before deployment. For third-party service outages, we can investigate the integration but cannot guarantee the provider uptime.
Example project scope
A maintenance request can describe the affected page, the expected behavior and the steps that reproduce a problem. Avoid sending unnecessary private customer data.

Is every future change covered by one-year support?
No. The included technical fixes cover the delivered project. Additions, redesigns and support after the first year are separately quoted.
Do you maintain websites built by another developer?
We first review the code, hosting and access requirements. We confirm what can be supported before agreeing scope and terms.
Discuss your requirements
We work with businesses in Pakistan and worldwide. Share your current workflow, required features and intended users so we can discuss a practical scope.
